All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Times and Rates
Shipping times vary per item and will always be estimated on the product's detail page. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout as they also do vary per item.
Free Shipping offered on orders totaling $100.00 USD or more before tax and shipping costs.
International Shipping
Just J-rod currently does not ship outside the continental United States.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 48 hours of your expected delivery date, please contact us at service@justj-rod.com with your name and order number, and we would be happy to look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. For this reason we strongly suggest shipping to a physical address as updating your address after shipping could delay your order.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
All products are made to order just for you. For this reason we unfortunately cannot offer discretionary returns. Please adhere to the size guide located in each item's product details before purchasing.
